Ms. Wang is an associate at Collazo & Keil LLP where she represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Wang’s litigation experience focuses on employment disputes arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), New York State Human Right Law (“NYSHRL”), New York Labor Law (the “NYLL”), and New York City Human Right Law(“NYCHML”), including discrimination, retaliation, FMLA and wage-and-hour claims, before state courts of New York and California, federal courts in New York, as well as administrative agencies such as the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission . Prior to joining Collazo & Keil, LLP, Ms. Wang was experienced in civil litigation.
