After the Firm successfully obtained summary judgment on a plaintiff’s wage and hour claims under the FLSA and NY Labor in federal litigation in the SDNY, the plaintiff appealed the district court’s decision to the USCA for the Second Circuit. On appeal, the Firm successfully argued that the plaintiff was not entitled to compensation for his meal periods, and a Second Circuit panel affirmed the judgment of the district court.
