The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department has appointed Ernest J. Collazo, Esq. as the new Chairman of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee (DDC), effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Collazo has been active in the DDC since 2008, and previously served as a member of the City Bar’s Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics and the Public Advisory Council to the New York State Ethics Commission.
