In September 2019, Ms. Secola joined Collazo & Keil LLP, a boutique firm that focuses on management-side labor and employment law and litigation, as a Law Clerk pending her admission to the Bar. Now an Associate, Ms. Secola has assisted with representing clients in employment litigation and counseling them on compliance with federal labor law and employment law.
During law school, Ms. Secola served as the Executive Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. Ms. Secola served as a Summer Honors Intern in the Labor & Employment Division of the New York City Law Department, where she assisted with litigation involving Title VII, §1981, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the City Human Rights Law. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton, U.S. District Judge for the District of Connecticut during the summer of 2017.
